Namaste from HemaVeda,

Ayurveda identifies Cucumber as a diuretic and one of the healthiest vegetables, which aids in eliminating kidney stones. Cucumber is a good source of magnesium which is important for the proper functioning of both kidneys and nervous system. Magnesium also helps relax muscles, including those within your urinary bladder that aid in urination. Additionally, cucumbers contain potassium that’s essential for controlling blood pressure levels.
